Specific Questions About Our Training Services

Classes 1 to 1

If I can’t attend a class, how much notice do I need to give in order to recover it?

If you are unable to attend a class, you must contact the school reception at least 6 hours in advance, within office hours. If the class is on Monday morning/midday, you must notify the school the previous Friday, before 18h.

How can I notify if I can’t attend a class?

You can call us on 937 89 52 15 or send us a WhatsApp to 636 46 56 97 or send an email to: info@aaprendre.com. We can also attend to you in person at the school reception from Monday to Thursday from 09:30 to 21:30 and on Fridays from 09:30 to 20h (the opening hours may vary in summer. Check our website for the schedule aaprendre.com).

If I can’t attend a class, do I lose it?

If you notify us at least 6 hours in advance, within office hours, the class is recoverable. If you have the class on Monday morning/midday, you must inform us no later than 6pm the Friday before, otherwise the class will not be able to be recovered.

Changes must always be made through reception, never through the teacher.

If I cannot attend a class due to a serious family or personal medical emergency, and I do not give 6 hours notice, within office hours, do I lose the class?

Yes. In these cases we apply the same regulations.

Can I pay only for the class taken?

You cannot pay for single classes. To do this, the “Hours Package” must be chosen.

If you choose the 1 to 1 modality, these classes must be paid at the beginning of the month. The amount to be paid is according to the classes that have been organized. Once paid, if there is one that you cannot do and you notify us at least 6 hours in advance, within office hours, the class is recoverable. If you have the class on Monday morning/midday, you must inform us no later than 6pm the Friday before.

How many days do I have to recover a class?

Classes can be made up within 30 days of the original class.

If I do face-to-face classes but for some reason I have to do an online class, can I?

Yes, no problem. We need a margin of 10 minutes to connect the PC ?

Private group classes

If I don’t attend a class, do I lose it?

If the rest of the classmates attend class, yes. In order to recover the class, all members of the group must be absent and notify us 6 hours in advance during office hours. If the class is on Monday morning or at midday, you must notify us the previous Friday before 6 pm. If one member of the group does not attend and the rest do, the non-attendee will not be able to recover the class.

How much notice must be given to recover a class?

If all members of the private group are unable to attend class, they must contact the school reception at least 6 hours in advance within office hours. In case the class is on Monday morning/midday, the absence must be notified the previous Friday, before 6 pm.

In face-to-face classes, if a member of the group is sick, can they join the class online while the rest of the group is face-to-face?

Yes, there is no problem for a member of the group to join the class online as long as they let us know with a small margin to give the teacher time to organize.

Groups

If I can’t attend a class, do I lose it?

Yes, in the case of group classes, if you are unable to attend a class, it cannot be recovered. In your Drive folder, under Homework and materials, you will see what has been worked on that day and the homework for the next class.

What happens if I am unable to attend class for a period of time?

If you know that for an extended period of time you cannot come, you can pay a maintenance fee. This way we save the place for you when you return.

When do I need to notify my withdrawal from the group?

You must notify us before the 25th of the current month. You can notify us by sending an email to: info@aaprendre.com , by calling the school 937 89 52 15 or by sending a Whatsapp to 636 46 56 97. You can also come in person and talk to reception. The opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 09:30 to 21:30 and Fridays from 09:30 to 20h (opening hours may vary during the summer.
